Skill-based sharing
While challenges and difficulties are part of the work, this forum is designed for skill-based reflection rather than in-depth emotional processing or support. When sharing about mental health or emotional difficulty, please keep posts grounded in how you’re using (or trying to use) the ideas or skills from the program.

Respect and care
Please engage with kindness and curiosity. Personal attacks, shaming, harassment, or dismissive behaviour aren’t okay.

Safety
Please don’t post content that could be harmful to yourself or others, including discussing self-harm, harm to others, or graphic or destabilising descriptions.

Privacy and consent

Please be mindful of privacy. Only share information or images that you have permission to share, and avoid posting identifiable details about others (including photos from your Mind Wellbeing group) without their consent.

Not a crisis or therapy space
This forum isn’t a substitute for professional support. If you’re feeling unsafe or in crisis, we encourage you to seek appropriate professional or emergency help.
